Very clean and tidy, well maintained. Had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. Nice patio furniture and BBQ available. Great location close to the beach, shops, and train station. Easy to settle in, with fresh towels on arrival. Suitable for families with young children.
Some appliances and furniture need updating, like the cooker and dining table/chairs. The seating area could use some refreshing.

I had a lovely stay at a cozy and clean caravan in Dawlish. The location was superb, with a peaceful atmosphere and being close to the beach. The welcome was warm and informative, and I even received a small gift upon arrival. It was great to have everything I needed for a self-catering holiday, including full cooking facilities and a nice patio with BBQ. The extra touches made it feel like a home away from home. Although there were a few minor issues like a creaky mattress and some worn items, the management assured me that they were in the process of updating and fixing them. I would definitely recommend this place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
