Very clean and tidy, well maintained. Had everything we needed for a self-catering holiday. Nice patio furniture and BBQ available. Great location close to the beach, shops, and train station. Easy to settle in, with fresh towels on arrival. Suitable for families with young children.
Some appliances and furniture need updating, like the cooker and dining table/chairs. The seating area could use some refreshing.

my recent stay in Dawlish was great, but this time at morwenna was even better. everything was clean and tidy, with thoughtful extras like patio furniture and a bbq. it felt like a home away from home, and the peaceful location made it perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine. the manager and her husband were friendly and helpful, and the beach and shops were all within walking distance. highly recommend!

The location was peaceful and residential, with a short walk to the seafront.

stayed in dawlish before but morwenna topped it all. beautiful and spacious, with friendly hosts. they even provided a fan on hot days. peaceful location and only a short walk to the beach. highly recommend for families too, lots of space for the little ones to play.
